Communications

Our communications center operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year. We utilize high quality communications technology and employ well-qualified emergency medical communications professionals. We maintain contact with our staff in the field, via radio, cellular communications, and vehicle tracking devices. This allows us to provide our customers with accurate arrival times or to update customers should a change in arrival time be necessary.

Additionally, we are capable of providing our customers accurate computerized reporting on operational performance and ambulance usage statistics. We use this information to continually identify and improve our organizational structure.
