Operations

Our Operations Department include the services we provide, along with establishing a connection between field employees and management. The department also provides marketing for NorthStar EMS to current and potential customers. NorthStar EMS has recently hired some excellent field supervisors to help in this operations role. Equipment, units, employees and performance evaluations are some examples of the Operations Department duties.

The Clinical Department at times works along with the Operations Department, since patient contact involves our personnel and equipment. With both departments working together, it expedites resolve with potential issues that may arise.
